How This Course Works

This is a quick, 5 day challenge to ignite your creativity, connect with yourself, and find new ways of expressing.

Each day will come with a theme.
There will be a short guided meditation reflecting on the theme, and an open ended creative exercise to explore it further.

Try not to think too hard or worry about the outcome of your work.
The purpose of this challenge is to experiment, reflect, and find new ways of being creative - not to create a masterpiece.

There is no wrong way of completing the creative tasks.
